Where to find us :

We are easy to find directly off one of the main Gower roads – just a short distance from the famous Worm’s Head at Rhossili – regularly voted as one of the best places to see a sunset in Britain.  We are half an hour’s drive from Swansea and approximately one and half hour’s drive from Cardiff.

Directions to Pilton Moor Stables for Livery, Horse B&B and the Shepherd's Hut at Pilton Moor, Rhossili (SA3 1PH):

We advise that you come off at Junction 42 of the M4 signposted Swansea.  You can also come off at Junction 47 of the M4 to join the North Gower road but please be aware that this route takes you under a low bridge (maximum height 11 foot).

From Junction 42:
Leave the M4 at Junction 42 and follow the main dual carriageway into and through Swansea, following the sea-front and signs for Mumbles and South Gower (if you reach Mumbles itself you have gone too far!). When you come to a Texaco garage on your left you need to get in the right hand lane and turn right up the hill for the B4436 to South Gower/Gower Heritage Centre. Stay on this road as it takes you up and across common land, through the village of Kittle until you get to a junction at Pennard Church. Turn right here, signposted Gower Heritage Centre, Oxwich, Port Eynon. At the end of this road turn left onto the A4118 signposted Gower Heritage Centre/ Rhossili/Port Eynon/Oxwich/. Stay on this road for approximately 15 miles, passing through Parkmill, Penmaen and Knelston (petrol station and mini-supermarket). Once you have passed the petrol station and school look out for the next major junction at Scurlage, sign-posted Rhossili/Pitton Cross. Turn right here then simply continue for 2 miles to Pitton Cross. You will find us just 50 yards past the Pitton Cross sign on the right hand side of the road.

After 1.1 miles you will reach another roundabout.  Take the second road exit (Not for Farm Shop), signposted to Llanelli and Gower on the A494.

In Llanrhidian, go straight ahead past the Esso petrol station, continuing on unnumbered roads, signposted to Llangennith for 4.9 miles.  Go past the Greyhound Inn, through Burry Green and down into Llangennith.

Once in Llangennith, don’t turn left at the Church - keep on the same road until you reach a mini-roundabout by two cottages; The Cross and West End Cottage.  Turn left and continue on this road for 0.5 miles - Little Hill End cottage and Barn are on the right hand side of the road on the bend past the Dower House.
